Welcome to San Francisco and the Greater Bay Area! We are here to help you enjoy your visit and will do all in our power to make that happen. Our organization, The Northern California Concierge Association, is a guild of professional practitioners of Hotel Service who are dedicated to our industry, and for whom our clients are our most important asset. 

We are an unincorporated, non-profit, professional organization of hotel-employed Concierges that fosters the growth, development and improvement of our services through collaboration and interaction within our body of members. Our motto is “Service through Friendship” and that is what we practice on a daily basis.

Our members represent over fifty top hotels, resorts, and country inns from all over  the San Francisco Bay Area, covering territory that ranges from the beautiful Monterey Peninsula all the way up to the bountiful Wine Country. from the cities of San Francisco, Napa, Healdsburg, Sonoma, Berkeley, Half Moon Bay, Menlo Park, Burlingame, Monterey, Carmel, and Pebble Beach.

We are constantly sharing information and comparing notes, and staying ahead of the curve so that our guests will be well informed and have a very special experience in our fascinating area. Look for the NCCA logo on lapel pins worn by our members concierge and know that you  are in good hands!
